Following our philosophy of respect by the singular timing of each one of our products, we counted on a system of irrigation by dripping with underground waters. This system contemplates more than 20 different programmings to make just arrive at each sector of the vineyard the exact amount of water and at the precise moment.

The beginning of the harvest is not based on predeterminated time, but that settles down by tasting and analysis of potentiality of samples, allowing that each variety reaches the expression of its optimal qualities.

The harvest is made manually, to take care of the good treatment of each one of the clusters. It is made in certain hours (dawn), when the day offers the ideal temperature for its better conservation.
